Lead Acid battery AGM Battery

Agm Vrla Battery (AGM ValveRegulated Lead Acid Battery), referred to as VRLA, is divided into AGM and GEL according to its implementation technology. Opzv Batteries also fall under the Lead Acid Rechargeable Battery category and are sometimes widely known as "composite technology" batteries. The former refers to the technology that uses AbsorbedGlassMat, or "absorption glass fiber cotton baffle", to adsorb sulfuric acid electrolyte, while the latter refers to the technology that uses GEL, or SiO2 colloid, to absorb sulfuric acid electrolyte. 

AGM refers to the material of baffle. Common battery baffles include rubber baffle, PP baffle, PE baffle, PVC baffle and AGM baffle. VRLA batteries with AGM baffle and oxygen composite technology have better High Rate Discharge performance than open-type lead-acid batteries.

There is a big difference between the battery assembly and the car battery and the sealed valve-controlled lead-Acid Battery. The sealed valve-controlled lead-acid battery requires tight assembly and generally uses AGM baffle, while the car battery generally uses PE, PVC or rubber baffle.
